Ritz-Carlton Terrace in San Francisco is a four star Californian restaurant. This is a great place. This restaurant is mildly expensive. The menu is a study of fine french cuisine. The hotel's richly landscaped Terrace Courtyard is an outdoor dining oasis set in an architectural treasure overlooking San Francisco's Financial District.
